Pacific Highlands Ranch (PHR) is a 2,652-acre affluent community in north San Diego made up of luxury homes, condos, shopping, restaurants, and preserved natural habitats. Pacific Highlands Ranch is bordered to the north by Rancho Santa Fe and Fairbanks Ranch, to the south by Del Mar Mesa, to the east by Torrey Highlands, and to the west by Carmel Valley. PHR is only a 5 to 6-mile drive from Del Mar Beach.
